Everyday the news flashes another sensational event for us to jump for like a bunch of sea lions at a theme park. Dr. Edward Smith is out there on the front line everyday. He counsels the families of the fallen or victims of murder in every catastrophe in America. Storm victims, earthquake victims and rape. Dr. Edward and the team members of VRM (Victim Relief Ministries) land on every catastrophe they are assigned to.

Beyond the EMT, the Fireman or the policeman... (also the media) after the smoke has blown over and the dust has settled, Dr. Edward and his team of trained volunteers are on the scene.
